CASA-licensed operations
Every flight is conducted by a CASA-licensed remote pilot rated to fly aircraft up to 25 kg - the enterprise class - and holding an Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate for coordinated radio communications where operations require it.
That rating is the ceiling, not the aircraft. We fly the smallest machine that will do the job properly - most roof inspections are flown with a sub-250 g micro drone, about the weight of an apple, quiet and easy to keep well clear of people and neighbouring property.
Airspace is checked and approved before any aircraft leaves the ground, and every flight is logged against documented operating procedures.
