Guide rates for a standard single-building inspection in metropolitan Adelaide. Larger, steeper or multi-structure roofs are quoted on size and complexity, and work beyond Greater Adelaide carries a travel loading. Both are confirmed in writing in your fixed quote before anything is scheduled.
