Every flight is conducted by a CASA-licensed remote pilot rated to fly aircraft up to 25 kg - the enterprise class - and holding an Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate for coordinated radio communications where operations require it. That rating is the ceiling, not the aircraft: most roof inspections are flown with a sub-250 g micro drone, chosen to suit the building.
